What Information Do We Collect?  The only personally identifiable information (information by which you can be identified, such as name, address, and telephone number) which we collect about users of our website is the information you voluntarily provide to us when you fill out a form.  In general, you can visit www.rahco.com without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself.  We may track the Internet address of the domains from which people visit us and analyze this data for trends and statistics, but the individual user remains anonymous.

With Whom Do We Share Information?  We will only share your information with FLSmidth RAHCO Inc. staff, for the purpose of facilitating the delivery of goods, services, or information you requested.  We will never rent or sell your information to any third party (except in connection with any sale or transfer of our business).

How Do We Protect Your Information?  Our systems are password-protected and access to our facilities is controlled.  We also utilize a “firewall” to protect against unauthorized access.  However, "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet.

How Do You Correct Any Incorrect Information?  If any of the information we have collected from you is incorrect, please notify us at rahco@flsmidth.com and we will correct it.

What If You Don’t Want Us to Have Your Information?  You always have the option not to provide information we request.  If you choose not to provide the information we request, you can still visit most of the www.rahco.com website, but you may be unable to access certain options, offers, and services.  If you have provided information to us and want it removed from our database, simply notify us at rahco@flsmidth.com and we will remove it within a reasonable time after receiving your request.
