FIELD SERVICES

Site Installation Services

FLS RAHCO sends a site supervisor to assist in the erection and installation of our equipment. Most of our customers prefer using their own crews for installation for cost saving reasons, however, outsourcing this phase of a project is becoming more and more popular. FLS RAHCO can expertly manage turnkey projects, no matter where the location. We arrange subcontracts with local labor for this purpose. Recently, we erected and performance tested systems on site in Arizona and Chile. FLS RAHCO can also manage transport and all of the logistics necessary to get the equipment to your site on time.

Field Support Services

After installation is complete by FLS RAHCO staff or others, we continue to have available equipment support. If you need maintenance service, modifications due to changes in mine plan, or even equipment upgrades our Field Services group is ready to assist you in any way they can. Our Field Services group also works closely with our Parts Support department to ensure that you are supplied with all the spare parts your equipment required.
