FLS RAHCO’s Mobile Stacking Conveyors (MSC) provide our clients with an efficient, flexible means of conveying material. The MSC has the lowest average cost per tonne of any stacking method.FLS RAHCO MSC designs allow stacking in advance and retreat configurations as well as the ability to stack radially and laterally.
Our conveyor designs provide clients with automatic leveling and guidance systems, GPS navigation systems, rugged construction, up to 98% availability, and operating costs as low as $0.05/tonne. |

Portable / Fixed (Overland) Conveyors |
FLS RAHCO’s Portable and Fixed Conveyors are robust and designed to last the life of the project. FLS RAHCO staff has designed and supplied Fixed Conveyors with vertical and horizontal curves, Shiftable Conveyors, Elevating and Declining Conveyors, and Portable Conveyors. We have supplied conveyors with capacities up to 10,000 tph.

At-the-Face Mining Conveyors |
In At-the-Face mining projects our mobile conveyors are used in the mine processing phase rather than for stacking material. These applications include overburden removal and conveying operations in oil sands and coal.
With escalating fuel costs and tire availability issues, mining projects are finding more and more applications for FLS RAHCO mobile equipment. Our equipment has always offered dramatically lower operating costs on large projects.
Our mobile conveyors combine the low manpower requirements of conveyors and the maneuverability of trucks. We can design capacities of up to 14,000 mtph. |
