FLSmidth RAHCO Inc. Acquires Material Handling Business of RAHCO International, Inc. and Innoveq International, Inc.

FLSmidth RAHCO Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of the material handling business of RAHCO International, Inc., and Innoveq International, Inc.  With this acquisition FLSmidth RAHCO joins the FFE Minerals Group.  The group partners now have the capability of providing a full range of equipment and services to mining, aggregate and bulk solids industries.  Other members of the FFE Minerals Group offering materials handling solutions include MVT Materials Handling GmbH, KOCH Transporttechnik GmbH, ABON Engineering Pty Ltd, FFE Minerals-Buffalo (Pty) Ltd. and others.  The FFE Minerals Group is part of FLSmidth & Co A/S, a multinational corporation headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, with over 125 years history (www.flsmidth.com).
