Engineering Manager PE

Manage the multi-disciplined engineering department of 40+ employees of the RAHCO Technology Center of FLSmidth. Oversee all efforts in the innovative design of large mobile conveying & material handling solutions. Focus on resource needs, budget & project planning. Support & participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives. Support quality metrics, product design methodologies, & process improvement. Requires BS in Engineering discipline. Must have PE. Min. 8 years supervisory experience in engineering. Technical experience in mechanical, fluid power & electrical engineering. Skilled in application & use of SolidWorks & ERP systems.
